1 to 1 "Get it Done" Exercise & Accountability Sessions

How does it work?

Join the online meeting through the provided link after booking.

Share your exercise goal for the first 40 minutes and the task you will focus on for the remaining session.

Engage in any physical activity of your choice like running, cycling, or an online workout video.

Return to the meeting, update Kelly on your progress, and dive into your tasks fueled by the endorphins from your exercise.

Complete your task and sign off with a sense of accomplishment.

Active Accountability

Our Active Accountability sessions are more than just a fitness session, they are a real mental and business workout too!

We combine exercise with group accountability to get your chosen task completed.

From client proposals and invoicing to blog posts and problem solving, the benefits of exercise paired with advice and the ‘in-this together’ team environment, helps you tick off that task.

Delivered online every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 9.00am to 10.30am.

How does it work?

Challenge:  State your intentions.  10 minutes for group introductions and to share your exercise goal and work task for the session

Sweat:  How much or how little is up to you!  40 minutes to exercise - walk/jog/cycle/online workout of your choice in your own home, office or local area.

Accomplish:  Smash that goal!  35 minutes to reconnect online and work on your selected task.

Accountability: Discuss your results and outcomes with the group in a quick 5 minute check-in

Outdoor (well almost) Co-Working

Combine the brain-boosting benefits of exercise and the power of group accountability to brainstorm new ideas, solve problems, and come up with an action plan in an intimate and supportive setting.

As we’re meeting face-to-face, the session provides a complete digital detox; creating a no-distraction environment to help you shorten that pesky ‘To-Do’ list.

Join us with Fran the Van for Outdoor Co-Working & AdVANtures!

Outdoor Co-Working sessions and AdVANtures are held in our very own Fran the Campervan.  Fran provides a bright, comfortable and cosy space for building relationships with fellow club members - with caffeine provided to inspire deep thinking!

How does it work?

Challenge: Introduce yourself and the challenge or task you would like to work through.

Stroll:  We embark on a 40-minute group walk, suitable for all activity levels.  This kick-starts the conversation, gets your heart pumping, and clears your mind for a fabulous work session!

Accomplish:  Each person gets around 20 minutes to discuss their challenge, and the rest of the group will chip in to provide solutions and creative ideas to help get it off your (metaphorical) desk.

Reflect: We wrap up with some quiet contemplation, allowing you to scribble down your actions and walk away with a plan to move forward.

Important information

Runs first Wednesday of every month from Fran the Van at various locations across North Lanarkshire, East Dunbartonshire, Lothian, Ayrshire and Fife

11.30am - 2.00pm (2.5 hours)

Spaces are limited to 3 people - advance booking is recommended!

Pen and paper only here - your phones will be put away in a safe location to keep you completely focused!

Please dress comfortably and wear footwear suitable for our walk

Micro & Mini AdVANtures

When you're so busy working IN your business, it can be hard to find time to work ON your business.  These sessions have been designed to help you break free from your desk and enoy a short digital detox and AdVANture.

Combining accountability and exercise, this 1 to 1 adventure pairs an outdoor activity, with time to think and plan without digital distractions - all with the fabulous Fran the Van providing shelter!

Choose from a Micro (2.5 hours) or Mini (4 hour) adventure.

Join us with Fran the Van for Outdoor Co-Working & AdVANtures!

Outdoor Co-Working sessions and AdVANtures are held in our very own Fran the Campervan.  Fran provides a bright, comfortable and cosy space for building relationships with fellow club members - with caffeine provided to inspire deep thinking!

How does it work?

Meet Fran the Van: Fran & Kelly will meet you at an agreed location, perfect for the adVANture of your choice.

Move:  We will walk, run, cycle (perhaps even open water dip or swim!).  Your choice of activity, but designed to be challenging - we will stimulate your creativity and prime you for a focussed session of great work.

Coffee:  We'll head to a local cafe or pop the kettle on in Fran the Van to keep the caffeine levels up!

Focus: Then we'll settle in to complete a work sprint addressing the topic agreed pre-session.  Laptops are allowed, but we recommend taking a technology break and using pen and paper if you can.

Fresh Air Fridays

One Friday a month is Fresh Air Friday, your chance to get away from the desk and enjoy a sociable walk/hill climb with fellow freelancers and flexi-workiers.  Walks are free to attend - just pay for your post -walk coffee and snacks

Fresh Air Fridays are free and open to members and non-members!

How does it work?

Book your place for the walk you would like to attend

Join us at the meeting location

Walk, Chat and Network all while getting your steps in and heart rate up!

Enjoy a well-deserved coffee (and maybe a cake!) with your new connections at the end of our walk.

Useful information

Well behaved dogs and children are welcome - Fresh Air Fridays are for everyone!

Free to attend for both members and non-members - all you need to pay for is your coffee and snacks
