How it works…
Join the online meeting with the link you will receive on booking
After a quick chat, you’ll be asked for 2 intentions - the EXERCISE GOAL you have for the first half of the session (40 minutes) AND THE TASK that you WILL complete or progress by the close of the session
Go Get Active - run, walk, jog, cycle, swim, skip, do an online exercise video (you get the picture)
Return to the meeting, check in with Kelly, then it’s head down and “blast that task” using all those lovely exercise endorphins to power your progress (40 minutes).
Check out with a suitably smug grin on your face.

What do I need?
· A mobile phone/laptop to join the online meeting
· Comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear to exercise in
· A lurking task from work or home that NEEDS to be done NOW
